Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Outfits with removed tags or labels will be considered used and will not be eligible for return or exchange

Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
Used or washed outfits
Original packaging not provided
Products that have already been exchanged once
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

Note: Keyaa Closet reserves the right to update the list of product categories excluded from this policy without prior notice.

Customized / Altered Outfits

Customized or altered outfits are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
Hence, returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized or altered products.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, and the handcrafted nature of our products.
Such variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it thoroughly.
You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the return/refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable
